LifE iS nOt a beD of rOseS!!

I remembered on the last day of the food journey, it was d tradition of BRATs to share our thoughts bout d whole trip. And of course, one common question, why did we join BRATs?? And of course, most of us can’t deny the fact dat appearing in the newspapers is really a ‘cool’ thing.. u know… n blah blah blah.. many other reasons, of course!! And the 12-pages pull-out was finally out yesterday, and guess what?? (wei.. itz not a ‘biasa’ kinda thing k?? dat i appear in d papers) But then, I’ve realised, dat reason i mentioned juz now, is definately invalid. Well, i can hardly see myself in most of the pictures oso lah.. sigh.. Anyway the pull-out serve more a purpose about remembering those wonderful times of eating, playing, writing, etc. having fun, basically.

so really, why did i join BRATs anyway?? bcoz i have good writing skills?? u’ve gotta be joking man… To tell u d truth, i was sort of testing out whether my piece of work is worth reading or not. I wasn’t even confident about it. N to be selected for the year-end journey??? TOTALLY UNEXPECTED!!! Me?!! Selected once again?? I dun remember being outstanding at all, unlike Joshua or Timothy or Bee Bee or many others.. Well, I thank God for it anyhow! I joined BRATs becoz i didn’t want to regret not doing this and that as your age continually +1 every single year without fail. Been there, done that, n i will NEVER regret! i’ve already got more than what i’d asked for.

Time is ticking at a constant speed, never too fast or otherwise. Some of us might already have a goal in life n are always busy striving for that aim. Working or studying day and night, just for that goal! Can you believe it?? Studying books after books, doing more exercises, never-ending!!! Can’t you just take a breathe, look outside your window, admire your surroundings and look beyond the obvious?? Some things can’t wait, or so you say, nature doesn’t stay the same too! In fact, it has frequently being changed to give space for human comforts. well, i’m not saying studies ain’t important-lah!! Otherwise, how to travel ler?? Everything is about money.. sigh…
